To the family of Ray,
Ray was very special to us at Meals on Wheels I can remember him and Ginny delivering for us each and every time,30 yrs of it she would take the book and he would take the cooler. When she passed he continued to help us in all different ways he could , drove seniors to doctors appointments , collected plastic bags for our Meals in his little Kleenex boxes then he would come in and say Donna do you have a pie? He would sit there and I would hear his stories about meeting Ginny her nursing career , his greyhound stories, his children, his sisters,he is now with his beloved Ginny together in heaven. God bless!

Doug,
I am so sorry to see that your dad has passed away. My memories of him are few but happy. I remember the day he parked a bus right in front of the house and let us play on it! I also remember the time he let you and I ride in the trunk of his car to Maxwell's Grocery store.
My father spent 22 years transforming your former home into a thing of beauty. It was a labor of love and my mother still lives there to this day. I lost my father 20 years ago this month and it is never easy.
If you wish to contact me, please e-mail me. You were a great friend and I admired your dad.

To Ray's family...I am very sorry to see of his passing. I thought I had put a message on here, but, I don't see it, and the reason I am sending this, is I forgot to add my name to the 1st one, I'm sorry! Ray became a good friend of our family when we met him as a driver, stopping at the diner my in laws ran in Pulaski..through that, my parents became good friends with Ray and Ginny. I have a lot of great memories of them together, they had a lot of fun..my parents were Bob and Irene Mesmer..I added to, that Ray passed away the same day as my mom Irene. I know that they are all having a great time in Heaven. My fondest memory of Ray, is when he pulled into my driveway, with their motor home...for the tube races they used to have on the Salmon River, he had his tube already to go...it was a lawn mower inner tube hanging on the antenna of his motor home!!! He was one very special dear man! He will be missed...Mary and Tim Giblin
