This is a bittersweet time of both great sorrow and great joy. He is at peace at last and we are rejoicing with the Lord that he is finally Home. But we are filled with sorrow at his passing from this world, with a selfish longing to hear his voice, his chuckle once more. I know the Lord has already said to him, "Well done, good and faithful servant" so we remember Tom Walser, my favorite Uncle, with both tears and smiles, and lots of love.
