James P. Halligan, 63, of Baldwinsville died at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was born in Vienna Austria on December 19, 1951. Jim was a graduate of SUNY ESF in 1974 and has worked for SUNY ESF for over 30 years. He was a communicant of St. Mary's Church. Jim enjoyed working on his tractor and helping whoever needed any help. Jim also enjoyed bowling and golfing. He was predeceased by his father, James C. Halligan. Survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Stasia Dooley Halligan; daughter, Samantha Halligan; mother, Elizabeth Luke Halligan; sister, Fran (Steve) Montagne; brothers: Frank (Pam), Al (Joan), Dan (Kim), Bill (Deborah) and Chuck(Sienna); and many nieces and nephews. Services: A mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 10:30 am at St. Mary's Church, 47 Syracuse, St., Baldwinsville, NY 13027. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery Calling hours are Sunday August 9, 2015 from 2-5pm at Falardeau Funeral home, 93 Downer Street. Contributions: St. Mary's Church
