My deepest sympathy in the loss of your Dad. I knew Dick back when I first came into the real estate business and he was selling for Ryan Homes. We clicked right away because I was from Westbury in Long Island. We were both transplants upstate. He was just such a Nice man and one that I am glad I had the honor to know. May Dick rest in peace! Sincerely, Noreen Chalk

Dick, you were my cube mate, funnyman, and one of my best real estate buddies. I have missed you all these many years. You were such a humble and private man, that I never knew all of the personal information shared on this page. You only talked potato pancakes, golf, and some real estate advice for me, but only when I asked. You were always so light hearted that it was a joy to see you everyday. I have such fond memories.
I know you are probably golfing somewhere in heaven. I hope you get to meet my son Brian there. You will really laugh a lot together.
May your family be at peace and know that you were very loved by me. God Bless all of you. My prayers are with you.
See you soon Dick.
