Thomas Clifton Penn, 45, of Baldwinsville, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2013. He lived in Baldwinsville during his youth and attended C. W. Baker High School. Tom was very active in sports during this period and enjoyed water skiing, downhill snow skiing, and distance swimming. He also greatly enjoyed motorcycle dirt biking, in which he participated in competition racing, being the winner in several events. He was a trusted employee of an automotive garage after high school.
In his 22nd year he was involved in a devastating automobile accident that left him paralyzed the rest of his life.
Surviving area his parents, William and Caroline Penn of Baldwinsville, his sister, Michelle (Tim) Collins of Baldwinsville, and one niece and two nephews.
There will be no calling hours. Services and burial will be private. Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville has charge of arrangements.
