To the family of Tom Penn: I am Ciara Byrne's mother. She is a resident at VanDuyn and resided on the 7th for with Tom for many years. I only just found out yesterday that Tom passed away. I'm sure you know how everything is kept very secretive there. My husband and I were so very, very sorry. I always had the chance to chat with Tom. He had a great sense of humor and I enjoyed fooling with him. I also remembered how he loved gambling. He will be missed a great deal. It will no longer be the same without him.
