Dear Diane and Family,
Deep and lasting friendships withstand years, and miles between. For Peter especially, Jim was the dearest friend he had. They shared so many special memories (always laced with that wonderful sense of humor Jim displayed). Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your precious family. May God's peace be your strength and comfort.
Our love,
Peter and Bonnie

Our thoughts are with you, Diane and family. I first met Jim in Buffalo as we were gathering in the Western Division headed for the central area due to the cut backs at the time.
I ended in B'ville and with Jimmy living close by, he was a natural to call in for line outages when were short of workers. And what a worker he was. A pleasure to be with on a pole. Jimmy was one of the very best, despite a short coming or two.
Betty and I are sadden with his passing and remember his outgoing personality.
The best to you and your family,
Ed and Betty Cranston
