Dearest Family:
While I know that our encounters over the years were brief, they were truly memorable for me. I was fortunate enough to have spoken with your father numerous times over the years, and I enjoyed the privilege of visiting your mother and father in Baldwinsville on several occasions; they never failed to make me feel at home and most welcome. My mother hit the nail on the head when she spoke of your mom and dad being God's angels here on earth.
I thoroughly enjoyed the good-natured ribbing your dad would poke at me for having been a Marine, while he, of course, was an Army/Air Force man, through and through. I was so very proud of his service to our country, as was he, and he made no bones about it. Strong leaders like Uncle Gus are what we need more of today. He was truly a gem, and will be sorely missed.
I wish I could be there to celebrate his life on Tuesday, but, please know that I will be there in spirit, and my love and prayers will be with you all.
My condolences to all of you. Love, prayers, and hugs from my little corner of the world...God Bless...Bethe Girardi

Dearest Family
I am so very sorry for your loss
I am so sad for the time I let go between visits
your Dad and Mom played a very quiet part in my life.
you know he is my "Gawdfadda" one day I told him I remember the day I was Baptized "I was three years old" and that I had spilled popcorn in his car and how angry he was at me.
He could not believe I remembered that.
I always wished I could have had the love and family upbringing that they gave you.
As I got older and had some really fun times with them I envied you more.
Though we did not share enough time together I will treasure the memories of the times we did have.
I know how much My Mom loved him and your Mom.
Treasure your Memories and know you all have
a pair of Gods very special Angels watching over you.
My Love and respect to all of you
Your Loss is not suffered alone
Your cousin, Judy
