Gordon W. Marks, 78, of Jordan, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at St. Josephs Hospital. He was born in Genoa, NY and resided most of his life in Baldwinsville before recently moving to Jordan. Gordon was a US Army Veteran having served during the Korean War. He retired from General Motors after many years of service and spent much of his free time attending auctions in the area.
Survivors: a daughter, Donna Whitelaw of Saranac Lake, NY; two sons, Edward (Frances) Marks of Syracuse and Aaron (Annmarie) Marks of Baldwinsville; a sister, Laura Green of Lansing, NY; a brother, Jim (Mary Alice) Marks of Valencia, CA.; 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Services: 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 1, 2008 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial Riverview Cemetery. Calling Hours, 1-4pm Sunday, November 30, 2008, at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
