I was so sad to hear of Fred's passing. What an honest, sincere, hard-working guy who served our village for five years on the Zoning Board of Appeals. Such charm, he could tell a story with the best. Loved my chances to learn about the old days. We have lost a good man and a wealth of knowledge of the area left with him. I truly will miss his friendship.
