Obituary of David Wayne Vorndran

David W. Vorndran, 63, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 11. He was born in Syracuse, to the late Walter Vorndran and Joyce Baron Vorndran and lived in the area most of his life. David was a MP for the US Army. He later served as a Park Ranger before transferring to the Onondaga Sherriff's Department as Deputy Sheriff until his retirement. David enjoyed fishing and camping and would spend his summers at Bowman Lake State Park. David is survived by his partner and wife of 29 years, Beverly Taylor Vorndran; daughter, Christine Vorndran; step-children, Taylor (Joshua Ouimette) Long and Harry (Lucas) Long; siblings, Keith (Jennifer Norris) and Ken (Diane) Vorndran.
