I first met David while attending the CNY Police Academy in the fall of 1979. My first impression of Dave was that he was an honest, intelligent individual, who truly was dedicated in becoming the best police officer he could be. As time went on, we remained friends throughout our careers.
I was extremely saddened when I learned of his sudden passing. Rest In Peace David
