Unfortunately, I am seeing this post three years too late. Betty was my neighbor as I was growing up. I joined the Army and moved out-of-state when I was just 18; but, everytime I went back home I would always visit with Betty and Al. My mother, Pat Jarvis also died in the spring of 2020 and I didn't know that Betty also died so closely to my mother. I was friends with some of the foster children: Dorothy, Diane, Maryann, and Melinda. I've lost track of everyone, but I can be found on Facebook. Would love to have contact. Again, I'm so sorry.
