I don’t think there will ever be a time that I am eating something stupidly hot with sweat pouring off my head that my thoughts won’t go back to Uncle Louie at one of reunions back in Clairton. From then all the way up to the last time I saw him at the farm during hunting season a year ago and he had those dang peppers with him that we just had to eat so he wouldn’t crunch them down and say they aren’t that hot.
