Obituary of Chester C. Harvey

Chester C. Harvey, 88, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2018, at Katherine Luther Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Waterville, Iowa, to Clarence and Nettie Day Harvey. Chester was a Sergeant First Class of the US Army from 1948 and retired in 1968. He was a three-war veteran and received two Bronze Stars. He worked for Crucible Steel and retired in 1992.
Chester is predeceased by his wife, Janice Harvey; children, Letha Jo Eddy; Chester Harvey, Jr.; and Bruce Harvey.
Chester is survived by children, Keith (Wendy) Harvey, Kimberly (Keith) Calkins, and Scott Harvey; eight siblings from WI; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours are 4-7 PM Wednesday, December 5 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville. Services are 11:00 AM Thursday, December 6 at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial is in Riverview Cemetery.
