Timothy Payne, 57, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, September 25th. Tim is survived by his mother, Shirley Payne; sisters Sharon (Gary) Fien, Karen (Bill) Strife, and Valerie Gould; significant other Faye Logun; daughter, Candace; several nieces and nephews. There will be no services.
