Ellen M. Church, 92, of Baldwinsville passed away Monday, July 9, at Syracuse Home. She was a lifetime resident of Baldwinsville and a communicant of St. Mary's Church. She was a LPN and worked at St. Joseph's Hospital and Dr. Renee Chevli's office. Ellen volunteered for Syracuse Home and the Female Charitable Society. She enjoyed knitting, quilting, and needlepoint and especially loved her cats. Ellen and her husband of 72 years, Charles-Fremont, were very active in their retirement years. They traveled across the US, including Alaska, and spent a summer in Dinosaur National Park as National Park Guides.

Ellen is predeceased by her husband, Charles C. F. Church.

Ellen is survived by her children, Charles C. (Patricia) Church, Jean M.(David) Fant, Donna M. (Martin) Mosher, Amy A. (Don) Roseback, Margaret E. (David deceased) Waldron, and Paul C. (Darlene) Church; 12 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Calling hours are 5-7 pm Thursday, July 12 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 12 pm Friday, July 13 at St. Mary's Church, 47 Syracuse St, Baldwinsville. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Paws and Effects, 2035 County Route 1, Oswego, NY 13126.
