Gary Markle, 82, passed away Monday, June 25, 2018 at Crouse Hospital. He was born in Sayre, PA to William and Helen Markle. He served in the US Navy for 4 years and was a Printer for Syracuse Newspapers for over 35 years. Gary enjoyed carpentry, gardening and loved his dogs.
Gary is survived by his wife of 60 years, Cheryl Wood Markle; children Kelly (Anthony) Loiacono and Gary S. (Ann) Markle; grandson, Derek Markle; siblings, Jack Swingle and Sharon Twig.
A Memorial Service is 2:00 PM Friday, June 29 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to CNY SPCA, 5878 East Molloy Rd, Syracuse, NY 13211.
