Betty (I hope I got that correct, as it has been many years),
My MOST SINCERE CONDOLENCES to you and your family on Joe's FINAL PATROL.
I remember working with Joe in Waterloo in the early 60's and having him as a Mentor.
Although many years had passed, I remember also what a pleasure it was to see you and Joe in The Villages a few years back, and was looking forward to a return visit from you.
