Obituary of Helen M. Kiteveles

Helen M. Kiteveles, 93, passed away at home on Sunday, January 14, 2018. She was born in Syracuse to Ernest and Louise Hopp Kramer. She was married to George Kiteveles for 45 years before his passing in 2002. Helen was an avid card player and loved playing pinochle at Canton Woods Senior Center and Pitch at the American Legion. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, and camping in the Adirondacks. Helen was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and was very caring, always willing to lend a hand to those in need. Helen is predeceased by her parents, husband George, sisters, Dorothea Wolcik and Ruth Jenks. Helen is survived by her children, Diane Mohan-Druce, Nancy (Gary) Mann, and George (Debbie) Kiteveles, Jr.; grandchildren Ernie (Dana Nelson) Hamm, who were Helen's caretakers in her final years, Erik Hamm, Aaron (Rachael) Mann, Heather (Keith) Alnutt; three great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Deloff; brother, Milton Kramer; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are 4-7 pm Thursday, January 18, 2018, at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville. Services are 11 am Friday, January 19 at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 441 W.
