Veronica Avery, 59, passed away suddenly November 30 at Crouse Hospital. She was born in Camp Lajeune, NC to David and Jean Dausman Stager. She worked for many years at Syracuse Home in Baldwinsville as a Dietary Aide. Veronica enjoyed going to the casino and loved spending time with her family.
Veronica is survived by her husband of 40 years, Philip Avery; daughters, Shawna (David) Fleming and Amanda Avery; son, Philip (Ashley) Avery, Jr.; sister, Theresa (Rick) Jodway; brother, David Stager; and grandchildren, Jordan, Paulie, Emma, Nathan, and Jaxon.
Calling hours are 4-6 pm Tuesday, December 5 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville. A 6 pm service will follow at the funeral home.
