Obituary of Linda Lou Seeber

Linda Marlowe Seeber, 72, of Liverpool passed away Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was born in West Carthage on December 10, 1944 to the late Roy and Dorothy Burto Marlowe. Linda was a graduate of CW Baker class of 1962. She had worked for WCNY-TV for almost 30 years. Linda was a Girl Scout leader for her daughter and later for granddaughter. She was a 42 year member of the Liverpool Elks Ladies Auxiliary and was the lodge's Historian for many years. She loved to bake and will be remembered for her cookies and treats. Linda's love of her family is paramount. Everyone who knew her knew of her love of family and friends.

 

Predeceased by her parents, her sister, Mary Boak and her brother, Paul Marlowe.

 

She is survived by the father of her children Ralph Seeber and their children Mark (Kathy) Seeber, Dennis (Pam) Seeber, Amy (Victor) DeJohn and Carrie (Cory) Larrabee; grandchildren: Josh Olsen, Cassie Wright, Sam Olsen, Gage Larrabee, Chase Larrabee, Brittany Seeber, Emily DeJohn, Anna DeJohn and 6 great-grandchildren; sisters: Joann (Bruce) Reeves, Sharon (Dave) Barycki, Debbie (George) Marsoobian and Jackie (Danny) Houde; her longtime companion George Hetrick and several nieces and nephews.

 

Calling hours are Monday, July 24 from 1-4 pm at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville. Services to follow at 4 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.

 

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Girls Scouts- Baldwinsville Service Unit, 17 Waterfront Drive, Baldwinsville, NY 13027.
