Obituary of Carole J. Bertollini

Carole J. Bertollini, 77 of Baldwinsville passed away unexpectedly Friday at Crouse Hospital. She was born on December 27, 1939, in Syracuse the daughter of the late John and Alice Hicks Walts. Carole had worked at the Corner Cakery and the Seneca Grill in Baldwinsville for many years. She was an active member of the VFW Post 153 and enjoyed gardening and baking. Carole especially enjoyed her time at Sandy Pond with her husband Lou, family and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents and her grandson Miles Comins.

Carole is survived by her husband of 49 years Lewis Bertollini; her children: Gail Comins of Alabama, Lorrie (Bernie) O'Neill, Kenneth Comins of Georgia, Cheryl(Scott) Yetter of Mississippi and Colleen (Jack) Montague; step-children: Sherrie Grillo, Suzanne Esposito, Robert, Norman, Daryl and David Bertollini; grandchildren: Brian O'Neill, Eric O'Neill, Justin Montague, Taylor Yetter, Amanda Yetter, Alicia Montague, Kendall Comins and Cade Comins; great-grandson Gavin O'Neill and several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren sister: June (Bob) Selleck of Harwood; brother Ron Walts; and several nieces and nephews.

Services are 11 am Thursday, June 15 at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Calling hours are 4-7 pm Wednesday, June 14 at the funeral home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville.
