David D. Goldthwait, Sr., 68, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2017, with his family by his side. He was born in Syracuse to the late Murton and Alice Goldthwait. Since graduating high school, he was a lifelong roofer for the Local 195. He enjoyed NASCAR, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his siblings: Steven, Leon and Mary Alice.
David is survived by his children, David Goldthwait, Jr., Lisa (Ron) Mikels, Danielle (Dominick) Mossow, Teresa Goldthwait, and Russ Goldthwait; brothers, Murton, Paul and Edward Goldthwait, and sister Joyce Nelson; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Graveside service will be 1 PM Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at Belle Isle Cemetery, 3220 Armstrong Rd, Warners, NY.
