Rich was a great neighbor, always smiling and a little quip to make you chuckle. He tried to convince my wife (when she was mowing) that the property line was about a foot from his house. Lawn mowing seemed to be common denominator, Rich and I had many conversations with our garden tractors parked side-by-side on the property line when we were mowing. He spoke of Kyle and his death hit Rich extremely hard, but any travesties to the family bothered him. He was a loving and caring man, our prayers for Dianne and the family.
