Richard W. Caswell, 86 of Syracuse, November 15, 2016. He was a graduate of Oswego State University and was a retired teacher from Fairport High School.
Survivors: his wife Sandra L. Caswell; several children; stepchildren, grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
Contributions may be made to the Syracuse Veterans Medical Center.
