Richard P. Corcuera, 85, of Baldwinsville died Saturday, August 20, 2016, at Loretto. He was born and raised in Amsterdam, NY until he served in the US Navy attached to the Marine Corps. He attended SUNY at Albany where he obtained a masters degree in chemistry. Richard worked in the NYS Health Department on environmental issues. He also volunteered his time off and on for the Democratic Party
Richard was predeceased by his wife Marijean.
Survivors: his daughter, Polly Corcuera-Clark of Baldwinsville; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are from 10:00am – 12:00pm Saturday, August 27, 2016, at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville with a service to follow at 12:00pm. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville,
