Matthew D. Clifton, 22, passed away in Baldwinsville, NY, Wednesday December 9, 2015. Matthew was a graduate of C W Baker High School, a current student at Onondaga Community College (OCC) for architecture.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Alan Sward and his paternal grandfather, Rusty Clifton.
Matthew is survived by Carla Smith (Mother), Brian Smith (step-father), David Clifton (father), Emma Searor (sister), Brian Smith (step-brother), Chelsea Smith (step-sister), and Casea Smith (step-brother). Also surviving are maternal grandparents Carla and Dan Wiemers, along with many other family members and friends.
Calling hours will be held at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville on Monday December 14th from 4-7pm. Services will be at Grace Episcopal Church, 110 Oswego St., Baldwinsville, NY on Tuesday December 15th at 11:00am.
