Obituary of Patricia M. McFall

Patricia M. McFall October 4, 2015 Pat was born on March 22, 1938 to John and Marian Mack in Ithaca, NY. Pat graduated from Ithaca High School in 1956 and Syracuse University in 1960. It was at SU that Pat met John McFall. They married on April 28, 1962 and were married for 47 years until John's death in 2009. Pat and John settled in Baldwinsville in 1966 and quickly became active in their beloved community. Pat volunteered with many organizations including The Volunteer Center (2009 Woman of the year), The Christmas Bureau, Friends of the Library, McHarrie's Legacy, The Visitor Center, The Baldwinsville Oktoberfest Committee, and Baldwinsville Center for the Arts. Pat was also an active member of Grace Church where she was a member of the Vestry and the Finance Committee. Pat retired as Executive Director of the Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce in 2004. She was also currently working at the Riverview Cemetery. Survivors include her children John S. of Baldwinsville, Carrie (David) Weaver of Baldwinsville, and Laura (Lee) Starr of Penfield; grandchildren Sam and Mary Starr; Katie and Owen Weaver; sister and brother in-law Janet and Harold Garman of Gaithersburg, MD; brother and sister in-law Alan and Marsh Mack of Arlington , VA. A memorial service to honor and celebrate Pat's life will be held on Saturday October 10, 2015, 11am at Grace Episcopal Church, Oswego St., Baldwinsville. The family will greet visitors after the service in the undercroft.
