JoAnn M. (Hewitt) Ingham, 71, of Baldwinsville went to her heavenly home August 15, 2008, with her loving family by her side. Born in Brocton, NY, she was the daughter of the late Gladys (Tennant) and Leo Hewitt. JoAnn was a very kind and generous woman who always put others first. She had a beautiful smile that lit up her husband’s heart. She enjoyed sharing time with family and friends, playing with grandchildren, traveling, camping, vacationing at their Florida home, baking, sharing recipes, quilting, needlework, and volunteering at church and Syracuse Home Association. Her faith was very important to her and was an active member of Community Wesleyan Church. JoAnn is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Ralph Ingham; daughters, Julie (and the late Richard) Shaffer of Skaneateles, Kathleen (Ronald) Gosson of Syracuse; a son, Scott (Gwyn) Ingham of Bradenton, FL; her sister, Carol (William) Hussey of Zephyrhills, FL; six grandchildren, Daniel Gosson, Nathan and Matthew Shaffer; Ethan, Owen, and Maeve Ingham; also several dear nieces, nephews, and cousins; along with many close friends. Services: 11a.m. Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at the Community Wesleyan Church, Baldwinsville. Burial: Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, August 18, 2008.
