Marjorie “Marge” Ann Jensen (Decker); 64, of Baldwinsville, NY passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Originally from Staten Island, NY, Marge called Baldwinsville her home since 1977. After working at The Best Kept Secret (Rescue Mission) for seven years, she became an antique dealer with Antique Alley. She was an active member of The Baldwinsville Theatre Guild, serving as prop master and costumer for many plays. She was also a breast cancer survivor for five years. It should be noted that as she drew her final breath a baby was born. Marge was known as a caring woman, whom many thought of as “Mom”. She will be remembered for her great loyalty to her friends and her spitfire personality. She adored her four children, cherished her grandchildren Mandy, Daniel, Arietta, Jacob, Jackson and Nathan, and doted on her grand-dogs. Surviving are her husband of 46 years Julius “Jay” Jensen; her son James (Tracy) Jensen of Orlando, FL; her daughters Julie (Mark) Scozzari of Auburn, NY, Kimberly (Kevin) Komer of Stowe, VT and Heather (Trevor) Jensen-Hill of Baldwinsville; her sister Menay (Walter) Drake of Aberdeen, NJ; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Thursday, July 31st at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville, NY. A memorial service will be held 11am on Friday, Aug. 1st at Grace Episcopal Church in Baldwinsville in celebration of her life. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be made to The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Central New York Affiliate, 5008 Brittonfield Pkwy, E. Syracuse, NY 13057.
