My thoughts and prayers go out to Mary Jane and children. So sorry for this loss. Stan was a GREAT man and I owe so much to him for teaching me the ropes. Even more important, I recall so many good times we shared at the lodge, fishing, at work and on the road. Rest in Peace Stan, you were one of the BEST.

I would like to extend sincere condolences to Mary Jane and the entire Fronczek family during this time of sorrow. I will always have fond memories of the eight years I worked for Stan at General Electric. Everyone who worked with Stan learned to appreciate his honesty, integrity, and kindness. Thank you Stan for giving me countless opportunities and encouragement. You will be deeply missed.

You were a good man and a good manager. I'm thankful for the opportunity you have given me and my family by hiring me out of the Navy. Too few men of your great character exist in today's corporate world. My condolences to the family.
