My deepest sympathies to you Ruth and your family for your loss of Paul. I am his cousin. I saw him last at his Mother's Funeral. We spent time together when we were children on Capen Blvd. I have thought of him alot. I didn't see his name in our phone book, so I assumed he moved.

Ruth - I, along with many of the others on staff at Christ Church, share your loss. Paul was a wonderful man and so filled with love and compassion. Although we missed you both so much when you moved to Texas,we so looked forward to your return visits. Although Paul's absence is deeply felt, I look forward to seeing his smiling face again on that glorious day when Jesus welcomes me home. I know that Paul is there now, smiling down on his family, and preparing a special place for each one of his loved ones. May God bless you and comfort you during this sad time.

Dear Ruth & Family,
I wish I had the words to say to make all the pain and saddness go away. I have hurt so much for you and your family because it reminded me so much of what Dennis and I went through when he died in January. What a blessing to have had someone who loved you so much - May you find comfort in realizing that the same GOD who made Paul the wonderful, loving man that he was is the same GOD who welcomed him home with open arms - I like to think that Dennis and Paul are enjoying heaven together - laughing and finally free of all illness and pain. Now, more than ever, it is important to know that you have a Friend who is closer than a brother, who will never let you down and will never die. The Lord will walk with you through this - He will provide for you and will bring you comfort. We love you and will continue to lift you and your family up in prayer. "May the GOD of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit" Romans 15:13

Dearest Ruth and Family,
Words cannot adequately express the sorrow we feel for your loss of Paul. I know it will be felt by ALL who knew him. Paul was one of the kindest and sweetest people we know. We will always remember with fondness the way he always called out Jack's name very loudly from across the room! And then he'd smile the biggest smile in the world as he greeted us!
May his sweet memories live on and on and may God's Grace comfort and strengthen you throughout this time. We Love you and look forward to seeing you again.
Love & Prayers,
Jack & Teresa Peveler

Dear Ruth and family,
It's very hard to put into words an expression of sympathy that would properly describe how much I hurt for all of you. The loss of someone you love so much is something that has no description. If I can offer you only one thing it is this, the same God and Lord that has showered you with all manner of blessings in your lifetime together is the same Lord and Saviour that is closer than your very breath. He has already gone before you, He hovers above your and He has palced His arms around you.
Paul was an amazing godly man, who loved God and his family more than anything else on this earth. I am so honored and happy to have known him, to share serious moments and to laugh with him.
Ruth, he loved you and your life together. I would like to tell his children and grandchildren how often he spoke of you and how proud he was of you all.
Again, my very deepest sympathies.
Love, Karen
