Jerry came into my life 20 years ago when I met and married his brother. He was crazy but kind, wild but caring. The last few months have been undescribable. The hurt, the pain, the love, the laughter and the support of so many people who care. The memories of Jerry's ponytail, him grinning from ear to ear when he was on his Harley and him riding behind the dual drive, will always be with me.He was such a great brother-in-law and I will miss him so much. You told Jamie that life goes on and we are going to give it our best. Let the angels watch over you as you watch over us. Love - your one and only sister-in-law, Angie

Angela,
I am so sorry to hear the tragic news of your family's lost. Even tho I only met Jerry when he came in for his lab work, I know a good guy when I meet one. His strength & humor was unreal. I will miss him.
May God bless all of you.

I feel honored to be able to say that I have known Jerry for a very long time, as an ex-in-law and a friend, and no matter how infrequently I have seen him in the last several years, I will always have very fond memories of him. I am very touched by the comments of his boys and his wife and my sympathy and condolences for your loss has no end.
My best to your entire family, I know that Jerry's love for you has left you all strong enough to handle this.
Love, Rose

My sincere sympathy Angela. It is always so difficult to part with someone we truly loved. The loss is even greater for those that have never had the opportunity to love someone the way you loved and honored your husband. The Lord had blessed you with this precious kind of love and for that I am thankful for this does not come or find its way to everyone.

There is a saying "Life is what you make it." Jerry you carried that saying into your everyday life, especially in the past nine months of your journey. People look to ,famous Hollywood couples when they think of a true love story. I as a mother saw a more amazing story unfold in front of me between you and Ang in the past 10 years. Through good times and bad you both grew in your devotion to each other and your families. You stayed long enough to leave us united by your love, and prepared to continue our lives trying to make you proud. Jerry, You loved my daughter the way every mother wants her daughter to be loved, and for that I thank you. With your Bad Boy Ways you brought our family many good memories, by the way I hear there are more Chevys than Fords In Heaven, I will expect a report on that when I see you next.

Ive always felt that God gave me two of the greatest gifts a girl could have growing up: brothers. Jerry, you taught me how to be patient and tolerant. Without those, I never would have survived your teasing. You also taught me how to stick up for myself. I always knew that if I needed you, you would be there. You never let me down. Youll be in my heart forever. I miss you and love you very much. Your favorite sister, Joan.

I still remember the very first time I met Jerry; I just started dating Josh and went to visit him at the garage. I walked into finding Josh, John and Jerry working on Johns van. I remember thinking to myself who is this man with the long hair, smoking and drinking a beer. Then Josh told me in that it was his father. Over the past two years of getting to know Jerry I have heard some pretty crazy stories, but I am very thankful for him (1) for giving me Josh and (2) for teaching me that not everything in life is known and to live everyday to the fullest. I will miss his greeting of Hello Darlin`, but I know he is up there watching over his four boys, Ang, Gram, Papa, Uncle Jamie and Aunt Joan.Love Always Sam

A year ago I would have never imagined that any of this could have happened. These last nine months have been the best and also worst of my life. We had gotten so close and spent so much time together, still we both knew in the back of our minds that you were sick and that this may be the end. I couldn't have asked for a better life or a better family. Our 4 boys are amazing and they will take care of me like you taught them to. You were a wonderful husband, father, son and brother, but most of all you were a great friend, my best friend for these last ten years. Even though we had some rough patches, I wouldn't change anything about our life. I miss you so much. I'm not sure where to go from here, but I'm sure you will guide me. I love you, Love, Ang

Jerry was like an older brother to me. Even though he never piked on me as I was growing up. He was always fun too be around. As I grew up he always had a few minutes to talk when I called. He was always there when I needed him. My wife and girls met him once and he touched there lives. He will be missed but never forgotten.
P.S
Grandpa says he's got some chores for him to do.
