Arthur J. Mowins Jr., 54, of Village Drive, Syracuse, died Thursday. Born in Syracuse, he was a life resident of the Syracuse area. He was a 1965 graduate of Baker High School. He owned Precision Measurements, Syracuse. He was an Army veteran.
Survivors: Two sisters, Kathleen A. Bigness of Syracuse and Mary L. Dixon of Baldwinsville; a brother, Michael L. of Gloucester, Mass.
Services and calling hours: None. Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville, has arrangements.
Contributions: Hospice of Central New York.
