I remember Barbara Gamage with great fondness. She was one of my favorite English teachers in the Baldwinsville school system. Her deep kindness, great sense of humor & immense practicality regarding her subject of College Prep English helped launch an awful lot of kids out into the world, including me. I think I'm speaking for a lot of those in her classes when I say that I always felt really fortunate that she seemed to have a personal interest in what became of me. To Mrs. Gamage's family -- particularly Karen, my former classmate -- I want to say how very sorry I am for your loss.
