Obituary of Alfred Bridges

Alfred "Al" Bridges, 55, of Baldwinsville died Sunday, March 18, 2007 at his home. He was born in Bogalusa, LA and moved to Baldwinsville in 1988. Al was a graduate of Jack Yates High School and attended OCC. He was employed as a welding inspector at Auburn Technology and was formerly employed with Safety Clean. Al was an avid fisherman and enjoyed SU Basketball. He was predeceased by his father, Alton Bridges. Survivors: his wife, Elizabeth; two daughters, Nichole (Keddrick) Clarke of Virginia, and Tanya Reed of Syracuse; twin sons, Aaron and Gabe at home; four granddaughters, Daisa, Daria, Ashanti and Jalen; his mother, Merty Belle Jackson of Syracuse; three sisters, Patsy Crain and Debbie Dennis of Syracuse and Theolar (Alfred) Cage of Liverpool; two brothers, Roy (Lisa) Bridges of Mexico, NY and Dennis (Janie) Bridges of Albany; his Godmother, Ida Thompson; many nieces and nephews. Services: 10:00 am Saturday, March 24, 2007 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Spring burial in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 2-4 & 7-9pm Friday, March 23, 2007 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street. Contributions: May be made to the Bridges family.
