Al and I were best friends through our teen years. We went to different schools but lived down the street from each other. We were always up to something and I have a lot of fond memories. We lost touch for no good reason a a few years ago I decided to try to find him online. I found his obituary instead. Why I'm writing here now, I have no idea. I was just thinking about him I guess. He was a good guy back then and I'm sure he grew into a good man and a good father. I wish I had looked for him sooner. Just another of life's hard lessons. Rest in peace my old friend.
