Obituary of Carolyn W. Percy

Carolyn Wood Percy, 91, of Baldwinsville, formerly of Watertown died Monday, June 5, 2006 at Syracuse Home in Baldwinsville. She was born in Chateaugay, raised in Dexter and lived in Watertown most of her life. Carolyn was a member of Bethany Methodist Church in Watertown. She was a teaching assistant in the Watertown School District and was a volunteer with Hospice. She was an active member of both Watertown Morning Musicales and the North Country Bird Club. Carolyn was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth E. Percy in 1968. Survivors: two daughters, Elizabeth P. (Charles J.) Elliott of Baldwinsville and Barbara P. Wood of Liverpool; two sons, Dr. Alan K. Percy of Birmingham, AL and Martin C. (Debbie) Percy of Clayton; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and two nieces, Lisbeth Whiting and Dr. Susan Jones both of Florida. Services: There will be no calling hours. Services will be at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery. Contributions: Beaver Lake Nature Center, E.
