Zane O. Miller, 69, of Christopher Drive, Baldwinsville, died Thursday at Crouse Hospital. Born in Syracuse, he graduated from Warners High School. He retired in 1996 as an electrical engineer with Anheuser-Busch in Baldwinsville. He was a member of Baldwinsville Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 153, American Legion Post 113 and Baldwinsville Moose Lodge 644. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors: His wife of 31 years, Rita E.; two daughters, Mikelene Cherniak of Syracuse and Rita Cherniak-Hazen of Baldwinsville; two sons, Nicholas Cherniak of Baldwinsville and John Cherniak of Winthrop; two sisters, Joan Weisbrod of Warners and Nancy Hagadorn of Baldwinsville; a brother, Charles Jr. of Warners; five grandchildren.
Services: 2 p.m. Monday in Warners United Methodist Church. Burial, Greenlawn Memorial Park, Warners. Calling hours, 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
