Charles E. Miller, 75, of Blanchard Boulevard, Van Buren, died Sunday at Loretto, Syracuse. Born in Syracuse, he retired in 1990 after 40 years as a mechanic and tractor-trailer driver with Tip-Top and Stroehman bakeries. He was a member of St. Augustine's Church, Baldwinsville. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, serving on a destroyer escort, and of the Korean War. He was a member of Vernice Suttle American Legion Post 113, Baldwinsville. His son, Robert H., died in 1992. Survivors: His wife, the former Mary E. ''Betty'' Killoran of Syracuse; a daughter, Lori M. Miller of Liverpool; four grandchildren; a great-grandchild. Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Augustine's Church, Baldwinsville. Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt. Calling hours, 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
