Obituary of Wayne H. Frost

Wayne H. Frost, 74, of Baldwinsville passed away Monday, September 22, 2003 at the Syracuse Home Assoc., Baldwinsville. He was born in Dushore PA, and lived in Endicott, NY prior to moving to Baldwinsville in 1970. He was the President and owner of Frost Maintenance and Repair for over 25 years. Prior to that he worked for General Electric as a Project Engineer and Rockwell Mfg. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Baldwinsville, Johnson City Mason Lodge, Scottish Rite Valley of Syracuse, Tigris Shriners, President of the Tigris Shrine Motor Patrol, Past President of the Shrine Unit Council, Co-Chairman of Shrine Circus Novelties, Associate Member of the Tigris Shrine Field Band, a member of Syracuse Court #79 Royal Order of Jesters, past Trustee of Ironwood Sno-goers, Liverpool Elks Lodge #2348 and Baldwinsville Moose Lodge # 644. Wayne Frost was a friend to all and helped many people at any time. He loved children and worked devotedly for the Shriners and their Hospitals for Children. He transported children to the Springfield Shrine Hospital for their visits and treatments. He worked tirelessly at the Shrine Circus and other fundraisers for the support of the Shrine. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Ethel Frost, his son Robert Frost, his Daughter in law Stephanie and grandson Christopher of Pennellville. Services: 11:00am Friday, September 26, 2003 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial and committal services Saturday, September 27, 2003 at Vestal Hill Cemetery, Vestal, NY. Calling hours are 2-4 & 7-9pm Thursday, September 25, 2003 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street. Contributions may be made to the Tigris Shrine Transportation Fund and mailed to Tigris Shrine c/o Holiday Inn, 441 Electronics Parkway, Liverpool, NY 13088.
