Mary Ann Chmielewski Wysokowsk, 71, formerly of Baldwinsville, died Saturday, July 5, 2003 at Iroquois Nursing Home, Jamesville. She was born in Chicago, IL. and was a graduate of St. Loretta High School in Chicago. She was pre-deceased by her husband Wallace in 1993, and a son, Wallace P. in 1992.
Survivors: Two daughters, Patricia Supernault Of Baldwinsville, Mary-Lynn Berry of Port Byron; two sons, Stephen of Rochester, and Rick of Solvay.; 10 grandchildren, and 1 great grand-daughter.
Services: 8:00pm Wednesday, July 9, 2003 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 5-8pm Wednesday, July 9, 2003 at the funeral home.
Contributions:In leiu of floweres the family has requested that donations be made to the Iroquois Nursing Home, 4600 S. Wood Heights, Drive, Jamesville, NY. 13078.
