Andrew M. Henderson 77, of Weedsport died Tuesday, March 11, 2003 at Auburn Memorial Hospital. He was born in the Town of VanBuren and lived in Weedsport since 1954. He retired in 1999 after 50 years as owner/operator of Henderson Trucking. He previously worked with Onondaga County Highway Dept., Terpening, and Bonded Freightways. Mr. Henderson was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church, Weedsport. He was a member of the American Truck Historical Society, the Society for the Preservation and Appreciation of Antique Motor Fire Apparatus of America, and the Antique Automobile Association of America. Andrew was also a member of the National Guard. He was a graduate of Baldwinsville Academy. Survivors: Wife, the former Julia A. Smart; two daughters, Michele A. Henderson and Marsha A. Sanzi (Joseph) both of Weedsport; three sons, Mark A. (Debra) and Thomas A. (Nancy) of Weedsport and Andrew L. (Linda) of Marietta; sister, Mary C. Cleverly of Canton, PA and Helen H. Roe of Baldwinsville; two brothers, C. John (Doris) of Camillus and Donald H. (Jean) of Spokane, WA; Nine grandchildren; Brian, Scott, Megan, Bradley, Christine, Eric, Caitlin, Andrew, and Alex Henderson. Pre-deceased by sisters, Arres Burritt and Alice Steves and two brothers; Robert "Fred" and James Services: 11:00am Saturday, March 15, 2003 at St. Joseph´s Church Weedsport. Spring Burial, St. Joseph´s Cemetery. Calling hours are 5-8pm Friday, March 14, 2003 at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Contributions: In lieu of flowers to Weedsport Volunteer Fire Dept., 8892 South St., or to St. Joseph's Church, 8831 Hamilton St., Weedsport, NY 13166.
