Harold G. Benway, 67, of Blanchard Boulevard, Van Buren, died Friday, February 7, 2003. Born in Watertown, he lived in the Baldwinsville area since 1963. He was a truck driver for General Motors Corp. in Syracuse. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. His wife of 45 years, Janet M., died October 11, 2002; a son, Harold P., died in 1978.
Surviving are three sons, John M. Waite of Youngsville, NC, Craig Benway of Syracuse an Paul Benway of Baldwinsville; two grandchildren.
Services are private. Burial in Belle Isle Cemetery. No calling hours. Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville, has arrangements.
