Obituary of Frederick W. Klein

Frederick W. Klein, Jr., 60, of Baldwinsville, died March 15, 2001 at Community-General Hospital, Syracuse. He lived in the Baldwinsville area most of his life and we was a graduate of C. W. Baker High School, Baldwinsville. He was a NY State Trooper where he was a scuba-diver for State Police for several years. He retired after 20 years in 1987. Mr. Klein was also employed as an electrician at New Venture Gear for several years after his retirement from the NYS Troopers; He was a member of the Baldwinsville VFW Post 153; a representative for the Police Benevolent Association for several years and a U. S. Marine Corp veteran, 1960 - 1964. Surviving: his wife of 36 years, Barbara Burton Klein of Baldwinsville; one daughter, Gretchen M. Mills of Clay; one son, Frederick W. Klein, III of Baldwinsville; one sister, Dolores M. Sherman of Baldwinsville; four grandchildren & several nieces & nephews. Services: 10:00 AM, Monday, March 19, 2001 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Inc., Baldwinsville. Burial: Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
