Toby J. McIntyre, 31, of county Route 10, Pennellville, died Tuesday, December 24, 2002. Born in Syracuse, he lived most of his life in Baldwinsville and moved to Pennellville in 1997. He was a 1990 graduate of C. W. Baker High School, Baldwinsville. He was a sheet metal worker for several years, most recently at Solvay Iron Works. He was a member of New Hope Wesleyan Church in Pennellville. He is pre-deceased by his uncle, Jeffery A. McIntyre who passed away less than a month ago on November 29, 2002. Survivors: His wife of five years, the former Sarah J. Harley; three daughters, Allison R. McIntyre, Courtney J. McIntyre and Emmalie S. McIntyre, all of Pennellville; two sons, Denver L. and Joseph D., both of Pennellville; his parents, Harry D. Jr. and Susan J. House McIntyre of Baldwinsville; a sister, Robin W. Sochia of Baldwinsville; two brothers, Tony D. and Todd M., both of Baldwinsville; his paternal grandfather, Harry D. Sr. of Georgia. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, December 28, 2002, at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial, Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, December 27, 2002, at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Contributions: McIntyre Children's Fund, in care of Sarah J.
