My dearest brother, Darryl, was the most generous man you could have ever met. He would give you the shirt off his back even if it was the only shirt he had. His love of life and music and motorcycles and laughter, will be be his greatest legacy. Our Mother, Shirley Kilgore, Our Brother Michael Kilgore and his wife, Gil, my children Tracy & Trip Wilczek, our niece Maja Kilgore and her husband, Thomas, our nephew, Andrej Kilgore and all our Shaver and Atlanta families will honor his memory all the days of our lives. If you knew him well, you'll remember his greatest joy was in 1964 while being so handsome in his Navy uniform finally being asked to sit at the adult table at that very famous Christmas dinner at the Family Farm. He sat there for a while then picked up his plate and moved back to the kids table. He looked at all his young cousins and said, "They're no fun!". Darryl was truly a kid at heart. So, my dearest brother, whom I love more than life itself, you shall be missed. Roy is waiting for you as you journey on and know there is always Peace in the Valley. When I told our Mother today that Darryl was gone, she said, "What a blessing!" How true, what a blessing he has been to those of us who loved him most. I have been the luckiest sister in the world to have had Darryl as my brother. God Speed my new angel whose name I know. I will love you until the end of time. Love, Sis - Kathie Kilgore
