Is it ethical? Was the process followed? Was it in the best interest of the Kids? As a friend, it was the closeness she cherished with those whose company she could share a drink, a private conversation, many of her favored activities, all while being herself! As a daughter and sibling, it was the fond and loving memories of her parents and childhood, the on-going love and respect for her brothers and sisters. As a mother and grandmother, it was the joy she felt in raising her two daughters and one son and the pride she had in the adults they became, the love she had for them and her grandchildren was a light in her life. As a cousin, niece, an aunt, it was the closeness, comfort, companionship, and love of her extended family. And as a wife, it was being a confidant for the daily issues faced, a best friend whose company cannot be replaced, and the one true love for which the journey has only just started to begin...
