Richard A. Baxter, 86, of Syracuse, formerly of Lakeport, NY passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2014. He was an employee at Floyd Newton & Son Lakeport, NY. and a WW II Navy veteran.
He was predeceased by his wife, Katherine E. Baxter (Given).
Richard is survived by several children and grandchildren who will miss him dearly. As per his wishes there will be no formal services.
Donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
